Join Chef Stephen Richards, Maine's 2015 Lobster Chef of the Year as he leaves the comforts of his kitchen to work on the front lines of Maine's seafood industry. In Episode 1, Chef Richards takes a trip with Boothbay Harbor Lobsterman Andy Carter's. Shenanigans ensue as Richards learns to haul, ban and measure lobsters alongside Peter Oakes, the Beer Drinking Champion of the World.
